Ordering & Shipping Info
Order Processing
Rest assured that when you place your order with Kaleah Imports quality is our first priority. Once an order is received it is shipped within 1 -2 business days.
Minimum Order
We only ship cases and do not mix and match within each case. Of course we will work with you in order to make sure your order is safe. Note that individual cases are not packed from the factory
to ship UPS so it will be necessary to take precautions and repack each case which will add to the costs. If you can order at least 10 cases then this will be packaged on a pallet to ensure safe delivery and ship LTL.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS (if possible) and pallet freight using a truck line. Shipping for pallet quantities will be added to all orders not using UPS, we will contact you with the shipping amount prior to shipping.
Although we package all orders as carefully as possible, every so often damages do occur, should this happen to your package please contact the shipping company as soon as possible. Make sure all shipments are in good condition when received. If not advise the delivery person of the problems and contact the shipping company.
You will also be advice you if the damaged package should be saved for inspection by the respective shipping company.
Return Policy
If any of our products are defective in any way we will gladly exchange it for the exact same product.
No changes/substitutions permitted.
Shipping will not be refunded.

When you purchase from Kaleah Imports, we respect your right to privacy. Kaleah Imports will never sell or otherwise distribute your mailing/Email address, phone numbers, purchase history, or any personal information to any other company or person. The personal information you provide will be used only to help us to serve you better. We firmly believe in safety and privacy on the Internet and will not disclose the identity of our visitors without prior approval. From time to time, Kaleah Imports may send you information on new products or specials. Only an email address will be used in these communications. E-mail addresses and other personal information about visitors to this site are known only when voluntarily submitted.

Our shopping cart uses only the best encryption software in the industry, SSL. Rest assured that when asked for sensitive information to complete an order, such as credit card information, the information is encrypted and protected. In addition to using SSL encryption to protect all customer information, we restrict all off-line information to our in-house billing office.
